Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 January 2026. These terms govern your use of ssrchecker.com (the "Site") and the rendering checker and related tools it provides (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What the Service does
The Service fetches a URL you provide, once as raw HTML and once in a headless browser, and compares the two to report whether the page appears to be server-side rendered, client-side rendered, or a mix. It is a diagnostic aid. The results are informational and provided on an as-is basis; they are not a guarantee of how any particular search engine or crawler will process a page.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service to check URLs you own or have a legitimate reason to analyse. You agree not to use the Service to check URLs unlawfully, to overload or disrupt the Service or the sites being checked, to circumvent the Service's rate limits, or to use automated means to submit checks at a volume beyond ordinary interactive use. We may rate-limit, block, or decline any request to protect the Service and the sites it fetches.
Checking third-party sites
When you submit a URL, the Service requests that URL from its own servers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyse the URLs you submit. The Service accesses publicly reachable pages in the same way an ordinary web request would; it does not attempt to bypass authentication, and it respects the practical limits of the sites it fetches. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites you choose to check.
Results and shareable pages
A check may produce a shareable results page hosted on the Site under a unique link. These pages are retained for a limited period and then removed. Anyone with the link can view that results page, so do not share links to results you consider sensitive. We may remove any results page at our discretion.
Availability
The Service is provided free and on an as-available basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it without notice. Rendering has time limits, and some sites — for example those behind bot protection — may return an incomplete or inconclusive result.
No warranty
The Service and its results are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Service and rely on its results at your own risk. Decisions you make based on a result — including changes to your own site — are your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Site, the Service, and their content, design, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to reproduce or reuse the Site or Service beyond ordinary use of the tool. Content on the third-party sites you check remains the property of its respective owners.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes to how the Service handles your data are also reflected in our Privacy Policy.
